Séjour de 3 nuits: pas de ménage pendant 3 jours, serviettes dispo a l'accueil, sortir linge sale et poubelle dans le couloir(prétexte Covid 19).Avons séjourné dans d'autres hôtels sur la cote et le ménage était fait tous les jours.Chambre au 1er etage:avons l'impression d'etre dans la rue.Très déçue par Best Western

"très bon hôtel"

Très confortable et très chic. Des petites bouteilles d'eau , du thé et des petits gâteaux proposés gracieusement tous les jours. Chambre très agréable et une jolie salle de bain avec 2 types de douche dont une pluie"pluie" . Je pense qu'à cause du confinement nous n'avons pas pu apprécier à sa juste valeur le petit déjeuner... Pour 12 euros , mieux vaut aller sur le bord de mer... Personnel très gentil.

"Chambres rénovés, mais personnel peu accueillant"

Hotel proche de la Baie, situation agréable. Lobby très sombre (pas de fenêtre), étriqué. Acceuil du personnel froid, qui peut se rapprocher de l'arrogance. Le plus est le buffet d'accueil, bonne attention (café chaud, thé et quelques viennoiseries). Un seul ascenseur pour l'hôtel donc attente. Chambre standard rénovée, de petite taille mais fonctionnelle. Literie molle. Bémol sur la propreté de la salle de bain, un nid à cheveux et poils, vraiment pas agréable. Chaleur importante dans la chambre qui est sous les toits. Personnel pas accueillant et peu orienté satisfaction client. Pas vraiment une adresse a recommander. Attention, a accepte les animaux donc du fait de l'insonorisation faible entre les chambres, attendez vous a être réveillé par des aboiements très tôt.
