The breakfast was ok.

There were workmen staying at the hotel. One night a large group were in the room next to ours. They were talking an laughing. At midnight my daughter had to ask them them to be quiet. They didn't get quiet until later.

"Milpitas BW is chill"

Very cool spot to stay in the balconies are a little bonus just to sit out there and watch the mountains and the staff is just really really cool you ask them a question they haven't answered and they keep their spot clean the bar is pretty cool during the evening and the breakfast is good so you can't beat it

Breakfast area is a bar in the evening. Not family friendly for breakfast, and swimming pool was dirty and not heated though they claim it normally is. Notify desk clerk of pool condition and was told he would get their repair man to look into why heat was not on. Would not help us as it would take more than a day to heat the water. Complained about the bar for eating area and hotel manager said she understands my position, and this used to be a leased space but now it’s not.
