"Great accommodation within walking distance of the fort."

Close proximity to the walled city of Carcassone. Very comfortable bed! Staff very friendly. Good breakfast and filtered water bottles much appreciated.

"Great but….. don’t take breakfast."

The buffet was not refreshed during breakfast service. Lots of clearing away of used tables but no refreshing of food. No eggs, no bacon, 1 sausage and not baguettes, just empty servers - for an hour. 2nd day food was undercooked and didn’t need refreshing as nobody ate it.
