Bed was comfortable and the aircon was good. Plenty of hot water,

Breakfast. Not up to any sort of international standard. Coffee - no instructions on how to use the coffee machines. No cold milk available by the drinks stand, No where to place the used tea infuser. Hot dishes were dry, having been left on hot plates for too long. Poor selection . No saucers on which to place teaspoons . In the room, shower panel nowhere large enough to stop water spraying onto the floor.

Hotel de charme avec agréable extérieur (terrasse et jardin). Très proche du château et du centre ville. Petit déjeuner varié et repas du soir excellent.

La salle de bain (baignoire haute et un peu glissante) gagnerait à être remplacée par un espace douche.

Excellent location, around a 5-minute walk to INSEAD. Reception staff, especially at night, were very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the initiative of donating the fees from opting out of room service.

The room was very hot and the AC was not working; no advance notice was provided. No basic amenity kit was available (toothbrush, toothpaste, moisturizer, etc.). Room-service dinner was disappointing; the lamb arrived within 5 minutes and felt reheated. I requested room cleaning for the following morning and it was confirmed, but my room was not cleaned. Netflix and TV casting did not work, and no one was able to help as the system was apparently new.
