Chambre confortable le déjeuner pas mal le propreté à la hauteur un hôtel propre calme le très important que l hôtel se trouve au milieu de la ville tout est prêt de toi a pied.

Rooms are clean and comfortable -

The staff at the bar were extremely rude , and unprofessional. They are drinking their starbaucks drinks while working, and couldnt even spend the time to tell me what local beers they have (the menu said a selection). When it came to paying, their card machine did not work, the staff wouldn't take cash, and told me to go and pay at the front desk and wait for a long line. After telling the staff that i would not wait for 30 minutes in a line to get two beers, she said that i guess i would have to wait a while. After some back and forth, she said she will have to go and find a slip to charge my beers to a room. Overall i would say there needs to be a change in how the staff interact with their customers. It wasnt just one staff that acted like this. The wifi is painfully slow.

We travelled from Halifax to Moncton to see The Guess Who in concert. Rooms are spacious but do not have a microwave unless you get a suite. There is a microwave on the main floor where they server the complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was great, beds are comfortable, room was clean, staff was excellent and accommodating. This was a good value and great experience. I would suggest anytime you want to go to Moncton, call the hotel directly. Third party partners that offer reduced rates or save 25% etc are a bit of a scam. I learned it was 25% off their rate - we had to book an additional night and it was cheaper than the 25% off rate from the online booking. Just be aware. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Chateau Moncton and will most likely book with them next time I travel that way for a staycation

Location, comfort of bed, and room/bathroom updated and nice. A good breakfast too.
