The restaurant was good and there was friendly staff

Our experience was bad from the features to the room. Upon arriving into our room, while attempting to watch a movie on the TV, noticed the TV being unplugged, remote not connected to our TV, and the coffee machine being unplugged as well. Once I got the TV to turn on, upon starting my movie the speakers on the TV were messed up and I just turned it off. I believe the pictures don’t fully match how the room actually looked like but I can get past that. Me and my partner planned to go to the pool for the 18+ hours but ended up leaving after less than an hour, there were children in the pool area, some seem unsupervised too and some were splashing water all over, which is fine considering they were children, but I would’ve not even gone if I knew the hotel wasn’t strict about their hours or the 18+ only rule. The place has potential but its pricing and name don’t match to what is expected from them. Also, it is insane for a “resort” to have single ply toilet paper…

We checked into this multiple story hotel with a postage stamp sized pool. There were so many people in the pool it could not have possible been within code. Upon arriving in our room we discovered there was visible mold on the shower. They sent a cleaning lady to try and remove and she could not. Then they sent a maintenance man who scraped and covered it with caulk. Still nasty and the drain could not be cleaned either . The closet for hanging clothes smelt like dirty wet feet! There was no place to go to get away from all the cigarette smoking. This hotel is run down , in need of repair and compliance with health issues. The. Breakfast buffet had tasteless eggs, and canned fruit cocktail?? Even cheap hotels usually have fresh fruit and yogurt. Parking was a problem the entire time we were there. Would not recommend at all

The downstairs is amazing and the pool is spectacular

It was tiny Im a tall woman so it wasn't ideal also it was a little dirty here and there but staff quickly accommodated to us and fixed everything

Nice place, room was excellent. The furniture had been abused,& needed some fixing. The temperature was okay but not really cool enough! Overall it was good!

Breakfast could have been better.

I cannot get in touch with Trevor, Desk Supervisor re articles left in room and I need a Receipt for my 8 day stay which the boy said he couldn't give me. My first 8 dats were thru Booking.com The last night I booked there at the Resort. I need a copy of all 9 days. I need the packet of paperwork left in my room.

Needs microwave and a ceiling fan in the room. One a/c was not working and a ceiling fan would of helped alot. Toilet needs attention. Continually runs water after flushing sometimes.
