Det er centralt beliggende for Gentofte centrum og hotellet er i bund og grund et fint sted.

Personalet virker uuddannede og ligeglade. Stedets værelser er slidte og nussede. Der er et skævt opsat samarbejde med booking.com hvor man ikke får det værelse man booker og hotellet er ligeglade. Gentofte hotel udsender opkrævning nogle dage før via en mail med et betalinglink men Booking.com skriver ordret at dette er at betragte som scam og at man ikke skal betale på denne måde. Hverken hotellet eller Booking.com har reageret på min indsigelse 🤷‍♂️
