A poor overnight stay, a large party going on in a room at the end of our corridor, spilled into the corridor and went on until about 3am, shouting screaming, banging on doors, staff did not have this under control at all - hardly slept, poor standard of food at dinner, and cooked breakfast was poor even though we went early - items looked like they had been sitting a while. We mentioned the bad experience at check out and they were not concerned

"Comfortable stay "

Just an overall comfortable stay. I stay here two or three times a year and it is consistent. Disappointed jacuzzi was not in use during the is stay.

"Granthams big secret. "

This is a very popular hotel that caters for more than just the golfer. Sports gym pool jacuzzi and spa are available. With a large bar and restaurant that can accommodate in the hundreds and a service of food and drink to match.

"Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phon"

Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone!!! I called 15 times and only spoke to a person once and she wasn’t able to take payment for a pre booked breakfast.
