there was hardly any milk for the cereals. always empty.. breakfast was terrible

The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful for special requests.

The rooms need much more attention to detailed cleaning.

The hotel staff were lovely. The hotel itself is a lovely location but very dated. It was clean and there were decent breakfast options, although nothing gluten free except the juice. I had a lovely view from my room of the river, which was lovely.

I missed gluten free options for breakfast and ended up having to provide my own, even though breakfast was included.

Located central to Smiths Falls right on the river. Attentive and helpful staff who accommodated my request as a cyclist. The room and linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Coffee machine in the room and pleasant aroma shower soaps

During check in, the room rate was higher than was shown at the time of my online reservation.

All the rooms and the lobby and breakfast area faced on to the Rideau River and a park scross the river

Breakfast was what I was expecting: filling. Site was conveniently located

Rooms dirty. Cobwebs in the corner, of the room. Stains in the carpets. It was pretty Nasty. Needs some updating would not stay here again.
