"I’d look elsewhere"

The experience was underwhelming and not worth the cost and time. We had multiple problems with front desk, in-room dining and spa. What should have been a romantic celebration was disappointing weekend given the mediocre staff performance and an unresponsive manager (who reached out but never followed up).

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in, rivaling the grandeur of St. Regis and Four Seasons. The rooms were meticulously designed, exuding a serene ambiance that harmonized with the majestic mountains surrounding them. The service was impeccable, with every detail meticulously attended to. This is truly a remarkable property with amazing amenities. The staff was kind and gracious. The location was perfect with a short drive into Carmel by the Sea. Great place to stay and relax. The food and drinks were perfect. This was our first of hopefully many trips to this location. Again only complaint we had was that we had to leave and wanted to stay a lot longer.

The location is excellent. Beautiful area and just a few minutes drive to Carmel and Big Sur. We had a suite that was very comfortable and accommodated all our needs. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Cleanliness was excellent. Free valet parking and snacks/drinks provided in our suite. All around excellent experience during our stay.
