Very old interior and furnishings and curtains worn the lift was a worry.

Good services. Rooms, location wise excellent services. Need some updates at kitchen, lift, and bathroom.

Faucet at bathroom need update. Kitchen need some repair. Entry door need some repair.

"90’s vibe, 12th floor view awesome, just what I needed 7 minutes from work conference."

Location was awesome. Loved the view of Robson on the 12th floor and the old school 90’s vibe

I had no idea about breakfast or the pool. Perhaps I could have asked. So crazy the city permits for noise is 7am, buddy was out with the loudest saw at 7:22am Friday morning.
