There is an undesirable clientele and unsafe area. In my case, there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter along with exposed wiring hanging out of the walls. I was only there long enough to partially temporarily place some of my belongings in the room to go to dinner. Upon my arrival back, I put them back in the car an checked out. Expedia contacted the property, who attempted to charge me full price. Expedia got my card charged back minus one night. The next day, the property changed information on receipt, then recharged my account for the full reservation amount again with inaccurate information. The charge went through. I ended up canceling my card, then contacted the Red Bluff PD, and filed an credit card fraud case against the property.

You get what you pay for and this was certainly the case. The room was generally clean. The linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. Inadequate amount of power points. Area was a bit of a concern.

Do. Not. Stay here. I went in and immediately went and found another hotel

The staff was rude and the rooms were hot and they stink

After booking my room through Exoedia and arriving at the hotel, I was told it was "not the time to check in"?????
