Great pool, great food, great drinks, great beach. But all could be accessed when staying at the much cheaper and nicer Nissi park hotel (their sister hotel).

I recently stayed at your hotel while attending my best friend’s wedding, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations — especially for a 4-star resort. I wanted to share my feedback so you’re aware of the issues we faced. When checking out, I mentioned our room problems to the receptionist. I wasn’t expecting compensation, only for my feedback to be acknowledged. However, instead of showing understanding, she questioned why I hadn’t reported the issues earlier, which came across as dismissive. She began arguing with me, saying things like “Why didn’t you tell us? Why didn’t you call? Why didn’t you come down? I can’t do anything about it now.” I explained that I was a bridesmaid and had made it clear at check-in that I would be extremely busy during the stay, asking for a nice room if possible. Our schedule meant we were only in the room to shower and sleep before leaving again early each day. Despite this, she continued to say “You could’ve mentioned it then, or then,” and became quite argumentative with me to the point where I just walked away with her shouting at me. I simply didn’t have time to deal with my complaints during such a packed wedding schedule, especially about things that should be basic necessities. The situation escalated to the point where she was raising her voice and causing a bit of a scene at reception, in front of other guests checking in. It was embarrassing, and I really wish I had taken her name. Staff training in customer service and communication would make a huge difference in moments like that.
