Lovely hotel with great reception staff

Restaurant was disappointing the service was very slow, my meal was cold and they forgot part of the meal. Pillows are so high I had a crick in my neck from it

Great location close to Solihull centre and it's good to have car parking there for £10 per night The staff were very helpful and accommodating for our dog. Breakfast was good and they allowed us to have breakfast with the dog in the bar

Can't think of anything regarding the hotel but it was sad to see Solihull in such an untidy and run down state
