Great location, nice generally, good bar

Room was far too hot and bed not great

Buffet breakfast very poor.

Location is excellent super convenient Bar area was nicely decorated and breakfast had a good selection and clean Check in was at the bar, staff were lovely

I booked two rooms, one was an accessible room which turned out to have an internal step into the bathroom and another step into the shower, the lift was broken with no sign of being fixed. Very dark room with view of a wall The second room looked over the theatre which was beautiful, but street noise on a Friday and Saturday night and unfortunately hadn’t been cleaned as previous person toiletries still in the shower and paintwork in room was chipped These were expensive rooms and felt dark and substandard and not maintained. The public parts of the hotel has a nice feel but the rooms were a let down, we spent hardly time in them

Perfect location within Harrogate - close to restaurant strip and shops. Beautiful suite on ground floor with private entrance and enough lamps to be seen from space! Super comfortable room and breakfast v good. Felt like a country pub rather than a flashy bougie gastropub.

Housekeeping a little slack with some cleaning items left in room and also despite so many wall lights, quiet a few bulbs were out so just needs a little TLC. Also some staff a little gruff - although special mention to the ladies on breakfast service.
