The staff here were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble - even offering to carry our bags! Even when I got confused over a different payment, they were patient and efficient! Thank you!!

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

As a guest l was expecting the bar or have the option at least, to get drinks sat in lounge area. Shutting the bar to guests l think needs to be addressed. The towels were clean. The towels had an odd smell to them. Maybe the cleaning process left that after cleaning. The staff were very professional at all times.

Located in a beautiful countryside area.

I paid for a king room in what’s called a 4 star hotel and didn’t receive the basic things like a dressing gown, slippers, bottled water or even a mini fridge in the room. When I enquired, I was asked if I had medications which I needed to be kept in a fridge I could take it to their restaurant and would need to go there each time I needed it! Diabolical!
