Comfort Suites Idaho Falls

What we liked about the hotel it was just across the street from Idaho Falls.The hotel was round, so it made it unique. The rooms were large with a balcony to sit outside. Our was room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast area had plenty of options to choose for breakfast. The staff seemed friendly & nice.

What we didn't like was there wasn't enough towel bars in the bathroom. The smell in the hallways smelled like too much cleaning products. The chairs on the balconies were NOT clean & we're full of bird poop. The floor under the sink was dirty & black in spots. The breakfast area didn't have enough sitting to accommodate everyone there.

Close to all the Idaho Falls sights. Falls are just across the street. Restaurants close. Room was very large. Staff very helpful

Beautiful bedroom..very comfy bed

No soap or shampoo in shower..wall containers were empty. Staff were not friendly. Balcony was filthy and full of bird poo. Shower had black hairs in it. Had our phones plugged in and realised next day powerpoint didn't work. Soo noisy..I had to put lounge cushions all around the door to stop the noise and light coming in..must be at least an inch gap around the entry door!

We planned our day around watching the World Cup USA game. Our tv didn’t work and the staff wouldn’t do anything to fix it! We had to unmake the beds because the sheet and blanket only came halfway up, so you couldn’t get under them all the way. The room coffee maker cord wouldn’t reach an outlet, and some of the outlets wouldn’t work. One-ply toilet paper? We went to breakfast at 8:00 and there wasn’t a clean table to sit at. The empty ones were covered with crumbs. So very disappointing. We should get a refund for not being able to have the promised amenities.
