Great location and staff

No smart TV very old and a bit run down. Could do with a face lift. Lift is very slow. No control of the air conditioner and our toilet wasn’t working properly by the end of our week there.

Good central location. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Connected restaurant served really good breakfast.

Old fashioned and not very nice room. Electric sockets not fully working and poor condition. Expensive. In comparison, later on in our holiday in Vancouver we got a whole suite in an exceptional hotel for the same price.

Central location

Noisy road outside. Room was opposite elevator and door not soundproofed. Anybody talking in hallway was very loud and woke us up a couple of times.
