When I went in the sink was full of water as someone had shaved and couldn’t release the bung as it was jammed but your cleaner hadn’t told your maintenance guy. When I reported it you cleaner came along with another person and they couldn’t release it either and said they would have to try and bring someone in. I was going out and as I’m a plumber I fixed it myself but wasn’t nice to have to do this on my weekend off and I’d no rubber gloves either. Apart from this everything was fine and the girl there did her best. Just spoiled my stay a little.

Very convenient location just off M25. Room was large and comfortable. Staff very friendly

Heating is just noisy aircon and the hot water temperature is only warmish. Sheets felt like polycotton. Restaurant food ok, but don't choose the seabass (fried to a crisp)

Staff did not serve my gust with respect

They change the room middle of the night and Got a car park ticker . Reception did not explain the ticket need to pay . Thought it was free and did not pay . It’s not pleasant stay . Very bad experience . Not and never again to this place . Staff serve in the night was not good . I call the hotel to tell them. i book the room and I call to confirm still they treat my staff , bad and after giving the room they moove him in the middle of night at 2 clock to another room . He heed to call me and tell me hotel asking me to call . I did call but the reception person was very rude . Not a good person . I call Emily after few days to tell them about car park she was very nice and help full . It’s too late . With a fine as well . Never ever again I will send or book this hotel .

On the Friday 10th April the bar in the evening was very rowdy with Tyson Fury supporters ,and young children running wild ,it was very intimidating 😳
