The ambience is nice and the rooms were clean. Bathroom clean

No intercom telephone in the rooms to communicate with reception. No toilet brush in the toilet, no free toothpaste and tooth brush.

The continental elements of breakfast

Really hard to find, google directed me to a dead end/locked back gate had to do x2 Dartford crossing back! Lack of signage. Noise levels - only realised there was a cooling fan late in the night trying after to sleep with the window open. Cooked elements of breakfast were unappetising.
