Great staff. Friendly, productive, efficient. Especially Maria/Marija !!!

Charging for two dogs. I presume the room is not cleaned twice !!! This added a considerable amount to my stay. Happy to pay £20 per night, but £40 not so pleased about.

Pretty decent no frills hotel and room. Comfortable bedroom with tea making facilities.

The bed was comfortable, room was an adequate size for a couple of nights, good choice for breakfast, good and free parking, the staff were friendly and helpful

There wasn’t a Power Shower, just a standard shower, there was a smell of sewerage down our corridor, no offer of fried or poached eggs for breakfast. It should be pointed out to guests that he parking has to be re-newed every 24 hours, I only found out when I overheard a conversation if I hadn’t of overheard that conversation I would of ended up with a fine, during a 2 night stay we had to return to reception from our room on numerous occasions to ask reception to reset our key card, and we hadn’t stored the key next to our phone.

the staff went above and beyond helpfulness the room was very good the food was much better than we imagined l only use ibis from now on

everything was much better than we expected we went to see the old sea training school my husband went there over 50 years ago but was very pleased with the hotel would recomend to anybody also all the other guests were very plesent as a lot were going on a cruise and it was like being at a sociel club had a great time hotel and staff made it much better no complaints at all will always be hotel we will stop in from now on
