Very clean, comfortable. (not enough clothes hangers and not enough linen drawers.) I liked how one of the front desk staff helped me contact and retrieve something I left behind on a bus tour. I like how the night staff, when they were not busy, gave me guidance about the city.

No space to store clothes, toiletries etc

The hotel is a great location. It's walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel and rooms were clean and well decorated nicely. We loved that we had a view of the river and could open our window and hear the water. We had such a nice stay here.

The beds were not as comfortable as we hoped. Our shower drain was not working well and did not drain as needed. We actually had to shut off the water to soap up, then turn it back on the rinse. It wasn't too inconvenient and frankly, we forgot to let the hotel staff know. We were so happy with everything else at the hotel and this was such a minor inconvenience that it slipped our mind. When we first checked into the hotel our second room had a bunch of flies or moths flying around. We couldn't tell what they were. It seemed like the previous people in the room opened the window and they bugs got in. The hotel staff quickly moved us to a new room and waited while we inspected it to be sure we were happy with it. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to fix the issue.
