Bend Inn & Suites

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The best omelette in Bend is at the site restaurant Laurie's.

My room was right next to the housekeeping stock room. No reason, the place was empty, noise throughout the night from employees going in and out of storage/ stock room. Noise became worse and steady at around 6 am. Housekeeper knocked on door at 9 am despite the due not disturb sign on door knob.houskeepers were like sharks starting at 9:30, going back and forth peeking in the slight opening in curtains until I finally told them I would be there till almost 11am.

Close to where I needed to be. The facility has been updated and it is very comfortable.

Very kind staff, well attended facilities! Awesome parks and view destinations near by. Close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants as well. Would stay again!

Clean room, reasonably quiet location, easy to find, close to attractions but not in the thick of traffic. Great price, lovely staff with one exception listed below. Appreciated the table and chairs to sit at, and the lack of carpet helped the room feel clean.

1. Next door neighbors were very audible through the very thin walls. 2. Due to an office error on their part, we were told we didn't have our room for the second night (I had booked the room 6 months in advance). We were told we would have to leave as the motel was sold out! Stressful! Luckily someone checked out early and we were able to keep our original reservation. Very poor reflection on that one staff member who originally screwed it up the day before we arrived. Everyone else was super.

Bed was nit comfortable at all.
