Ottima posizione. Gradevole la struttura sebbene senta un po' gli anni. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, in particolare José Manuel. Cura per le persone con disabilità. Buon buffet a colazione.

Il parcheggio interrato necessita di ascensore. Aiuto possibile richiedendolo al personale.

Ubicación y desayuno.

Varias cosas. Es un 4 estrellas venido a menos que necesita reforma. Las habitaciones son amplias pero mal equipadas para un 4 estrellas. Cito varios ejemplos: la nevera no funcionaba ( y no la arreglaron aunque avisé), faltaban bombillas en las lámparas, la bañera estaba descascarillada y los únicos accesorios de baño eran pañuelos de papel y jabón de manos. En relación con este último punto solicité en recepción si tenían algo de gel para el cuerpo o champú y me dijeron que ese bote de jabón valía para todo. La verdad es que fué bastante decepcionante. Entiendo que por categoría y precio debe darse mas confort.
