Comfy beds, good breakfast with hot eggs, potatoes, and sausage.

We stayed for 6 nights and the room was not made up the entire time. I had to search out a maid to ask for extra towels and tissues. Sheets were not changed the entire time.

Room was clean. Staff were nice. Close enough to city. Easy to find location.

Television guide didn't match channels making it difficult to find programs you want to watch. Busy street made it hard to make left turn out of parking lot. Breakfast items not kept hot enough.

This property is very close to parkway visitor center and ashville downtown. Front desk really helped us to figure it out local attractions and had healthy breakfast.
