Location is nice, between Asheville and Black Mountain. Bed was excellent. Good warm breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels. Muffins, yogurts, cereal, more. Keurig in room was a nice surprise. One mile from Parkway when it re-opens.

There were no desk chairs, leaving no place for one of us to sit. They were waiting for new ones to arrive!

We have stay in others Comfort Inn and have a great experience but this time I think they should take more care of the facilities. Didn’t like the smell as soon as you enter the facilities. One of the morning the breakfast area was dirty with milk spill all over the floor the trash area with stain making not feel welcoming to eat. Didn’t have a variety of options too basic. The room look clean but didn’t feel like it, the microwave had it to move to another table cause couldn’t reach the plug, fridge with stain in the inside and broken. Sorry don’t like to do this kind of review but hope this helps to improve facilities.

"Warm, inviting, safe and comfortable...."

The continental breakfast was great! Did not expect sausage, scrambled eggs and real hash browns!! The bed linens were top notch and very comfortable. Small talk with staff was enjoyed. They made you feel very welcomed.

The fact I left day early due to the weather. My day was planned to enjoy the outdoor pool and just relaxed and study some mandatory coarse work. If there was a negative...the elevator was slow! But had great conversations with people waiting with me.

Had to ask a cleaning lady to please clean the toilet. It was not clean. Only one slow elevator. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was terribly cold. I might stay there again but probably not.
