Black mold in the bathroom the dresser drawers kept opening by themselves and the tv was horrible you could barely watch it with how fuzzy it was the ceiling was falling in in spots or the finish on the ceiling the breakfast was basically toast and that was about it and the smell was horrible

It was clean and neat in the room

When I got there they could not find my information. I had already paid online many days ahead of my stay but it took like a hour for them to find me in the system. I had to go back and forth between the booking.com agent and the receptionist at the hotel because the hotel receptionist was telling me they didn't see my booking. It finally got situated once a manager came up and found me. My room smelled like it had mold in it. I had to keep spraying my perfume every so often to keep the smell away. A lot of people walking around the parking lot because it's multiple places around

Didn’t get room I booked. You can hear the people in the rooms above you. Did not seem clean. Shower was disgusting. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The breakfast was adequate, although I did question their choice of black cherry as the only yogurt they offered. The rooms seemed to be clean, and the location suited our needs to be close to friends living in the area.

The person who checked us in was extremely rude. He was on the phone the entire time with what appeared to be a personal call. Consequently, the process took more than 20 minutes. When we asked about a restroom as my husband needed to use the facilities, he told us that there were no public ones available and after several more minutes, he gave us the key to one of our rooms, the one farthest from the lobby, so my husband could go there. We discovered the next morning that there was one right next to the lobby in the breakfast area.
