Best Western Elkhart Inn & Suites

The staff were very helpful.

Our room was very clean and nice. Loved the separation of the bedroom from the sofa bed area.

Everything at this Best Western just feels "in order." Room is fine and everything in it works, common areas have been calm, continental breakfast is solid, and the price is more reasonable here than in Illinois where I'm from. I'd recommend it.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, great price and near many restaurants and stores!….will stay again….

The mattress on the pullout sofa bed was badly soiled and the binding was falling off. There was no tub mat so the tub floor was slippery.

The Whole atmosphere of the Best Western is Great. I especially love that it's more Updated compared to a few other places in the area. Employees are helpful and very Pleasant. Breakfast changes daily and it's very tasty and hot. It's one of the 1st Hotels I've stayed at where people are considerate of others that might still be sleeping when they leave. Also I've never had problems with people above me being overly loud. That makes for a Wonderful night's rest. Best Western is my GO TO HOTEL when I'm in Elkhart, Indiana.

I'm so thankful that we found this gem after many hours of driving! It checked all the boxes for us: clean rooms, great breakfast, great pool. The breakfast and the pool especially won us over. I love that they alternate hot foods on different days. One day was sausage and the cheese omlete-looking eggs (the BEST eggs), and the next day they had bacon and regular scrambled eggs (even these eggs were a much better quality than the eggs we had at a previous Best Western in a different state). They had sausage gravy with the biscuits, which is my preference over the pepper gravy. Additionally, they had a PANCAKE maker, which had regular batter and red velvet batter!!! Also, they had powdered sugar that you could put on, which was a nice added touch. Plus, the coffee was a touch screen machine and it tasted great with the hot chocolate packets they put out (another nice added touch). The pool was warm, not too cold. It looked and smelled clean. I liked that they had a hot shower nearby that you could use afterwards. They also had a couple of floaties and toys that you could use, which AGAIN, a nice added touch. Everyone we spoke to was nice and professional, and they didn't seem bothered when we asked for extra towels and such. We even had a situation happen unexpectedly and we had to have a late check out and they were generous enough to accommodate us. Added bonus- they had a small "store" by the front desk where you could buy small snacks, drinks, and such. All in all, we will definitely be staying here again when we come through!
