Great location but signage and access to parking lot was confusing as it was basically an alley way shared by a gas station with very little signage. We passed it twice.

Beds were super hard and the pullout couch was miserable to sleep on. Springs coming through and very uncomfortable

"Best Western Elkhart IN "

Traveling to Minnesota from Pennsylvania and stopped in Elkhart IN at Best Western for the night. Used the bathroom and guest before us left a pair of shorts hanging on the bathroom door that housekeeping never found. Bathroom floor edges were dirty. When lights were on you could see the headboards were dirty. Sheets were scratchy. Needless to say we left early the next morning and didn’t even bother to shower. Would not stay there again.
