This hotel was probably the worst establishment I have stayed at in my long life. The building is in complete disrepair. Bugs in the room. Horrible furniture and bedding. The pool was closed and looked disgusting.

Just your average hotel. They had the pool shut down which was one of the biggest reason I choose them due to the pictures of how great it looked. Not anyone fault as I'm sure it needs cleaning and it goes to 12 ft just wish they would update their website so people can decide from there. The room next door was being renovated so the door was wide open. I wasn't a fan of that considering there's a door that can access my room from that room that was wide open.

This place is maybe the worst hotel overall we ever stay ed No working wifi , no cable tv, Not only they want you to check in past 4:00 pm , We’d end up getting a room by 5:0@ pm hoping we can make it to the pool for an hour and found out the authorities had ordered the hotel to close the pool due to water contamination. The pool is the only reason we decided to stay in this horrible hotel . The staff is also very unwelcoming . Property is dilapidated

I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked, but I did a non refundable booking. My ac broke at my house and I’m 9 months pregnant and have a 7 year old. We had to find an affordable and nearby hotel. The pictures on their website looked great, so I booked. Jean at the counter was very friendly and gave me a room that is easy to get to and has a great running ac. We walked in and it smelled musky in the room, the floors looks disgustingly dirty and the room just didn’t feel clean. We went home and got all my cleaning supplies along with my mop. Came back and cleaned. Definitely feels and smells better in here now, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. The base board are grimy, I wouldn’t dare step into that tub, found black mold on the ceilings, the curtains look like Freddy Krueger got ahold of them, the ac runs constantly and the tv doesn’t work. Definitely will not book here again. But at least we aren’t sweating to death in our 86 degree house.

I Rented Over Night, I Attended A Hockey Game (Friday) In Fort Myers And Drove Up Late Night Checked In Around 10 Or So. They Keep The Area Clean That’s For Sure! Staff Was Great Except For One Individual We All Have Our Bad Days However Let’s Just All Hope That This Individual Doesn’t Always Have Bad Day Because Then It Would Have Been A Problem. Aside From That We Loved The Spot, Its Location Has Lots To Do Including Having Legoland Literally Next To You! The Hotel Has An Awesome Pool, Its A Shame It’s Not Occupied As Much! Also They Have A Great Little Game Room With A Pool Table, Arcade Games And Even A Snack And Soda Machines…! And For You Early Birds They Do Have Breakfast However We Slept In Thus Missing The Opportunity. Shucks Hope This Helped Anyone Trying To Decide Weather Or Not To Rent A Room. I’d Say It’s Worth It.

Room was filthy, staff was rude, elevator didn’t work and we were on the third floor. Very unpleasant day.

Pictures on the web and reality are very different, pictures looks awesome but in person looks hotel was build in 1990 and not updated.

Photos was photoshopped nasty hotel very dirty broken doors. Cracks out the doors. I check in and checked right out.
