An excellent hotel with nice rooms, grounds and food. The only minor downsides were queues at reception and concierge and delays in getting tea and coffee served at breakfast

The hotel setting was spectacular, and the service was exceptional. Our room was exceptionally quiet. Just exploring the hotel grounds was a mini-adventure! The only area for improvement was in a few of the meals (steak over-cooked, service occasionally slow at Tusk's bar).

"Hotel is nice but breakfast terrible "

The hotel is nice enough with good surroundings and plenty to do. However the service in the breakfast room was severely lacking. Cold food, rude staff and no one seems to care at all. Very disappointing breakfasts.
