The staff was excellent! Monica was so kind and considerate! The tv k my gets about 10 channels! Horrrnke breakfast!! Some type of gravy with biscuits! Yuke! Quality Inn should be able to do better!!

Bad customer service

This Quality Inn needs some upgrades. First, I booked an accessible room with a recliner and one queen bed. I went to our third floor room, it had no recliner, a regular bathtub/shower with grab bars and one queen bed. I went back to the front desk and told them what room I booked. The very nice lady told me she was sorry, but the hotel did not have any rooms with a recliner or a roll-in shower. Their handicap accessible rooms had one extra grab bar in the bath tub/shower. I asked to be changed to a room with two beds, and was accommodated. The new room was on the first floor. Both rooms were clean, but the sheer curtain in the new room hang in tatters. It also had an unpleasant smell that Ozium air sanitizer could not neutralize. The carpet in both rooms has been replaced with vinyl plank tile, which is nice. All the staff is very nice and the grounds are well maintained, but the hotel needs some TLC. I noticed badly scratched paint on one of the room doors which is being used for storage, patched ceiling areas, and rust on the steel columns in the swimming pool area. On the plus side, the weather was cool, and the PTAC kept the room comfortably warm during our six night stay, and was very quiet.

Staff was great

There was an indoor pool and breakfast, that was nice. But the restroom in my room had a broken toilet that flooded everything. The staff also never cleaned or made the bed or anything like that while I was there, I've had better experiences at cheaper motels. The images on their advertisement also don't match anything on the actual property.

The overall facility is in need of updating doors, walls, paint not fixed after putting new beds in the rooms. Front desk charged me more for an additional night stay than we paid for first night online and claimed that was discounted price. A few people appear to be living there with pets. Mysterious uncovered container of gravy or oatmeal on buffet looked unsafe.

You would have to pay me to stay there the bathtub had rust all in bathtub the handicap rail was pulled away from wall the toilet had to be plunged by me every time we used I waited in lobby 15 minutes before anyone came out to wait on me overall the place was nasty worst hotel ever wouldn’t recommend it to a rat waste of my money y’all should be ashamed of offering it to customersit. It was duppose to be non smoking hotel as posted on front door ,someone smoked skunk weed everyday almost knocked you out
