Montauban est une ville charmante, bien entretenue et mise en valeur. L'hotel se situe idéalement au centre de tout, dans une rue très vivante remplie de petits commerces. Par contre attention pour le parking publique ça coute très cher, ça a été le seul bémol.

"MERCURE ? 4 étoiles ? Pour le petit déjeuner oui !"

Habitué plus de 200 nuits dans l'année à arpenter tous les hôtels possibles, que ce soit du 2, 3 ou 4 étoiles, je suis surpris par la classification de ce Mercure déjà par rapport à d'autres hôtels récents mais surtout par rapport à d'autres mercures !!! Cataloguons les points positifs : Idéalement placé au cœur même du quartier historique piétonnier de la ville ( voir mes photos ) Un parking à 20 mètres de l'hôtel avec un tarif préférentiel ! Un accueil appréciable des différentes personnes vues sur ces 2 jours ! Un buffet petit déjeuner varié et avec de bons produits ! Cataloguons les points négatifs : Malgré la présence d'une sublime verrière type Eiffel, le style général de l'hôtel est trop ancien pour les standards mercure ! Les moquettes, peintures,bois sont defrêchis et nécessitent un changement à programmer ! Le bruit est en général trop présent en chambre ! Le mobilier général de la chambre et de la sdb est très ancien et de fait le visuel n'est pas sympathique ! Un Hotel a totalement rénové pour correspondre à ce que l'on attends désormais de la chaîne !
