Sehr saubere, renovierte Zimmer. Wasser kostenlos in der Lobby zum Mitnehmen aufs Zimmer. Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln im Zimmer. Ausblick in den oberen Etagen super.

Durch die Dauerbaustelle nebenan ist der Fußweg entlang des Ufers nicht möglich. Langer Umweg. Nicht die Schuld des Hotels, aber eine Einschränkung.

"Amazing View and Free Sparkling water"

The view of Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the Rhine from window. The free provision of both sparkling and plain water in the lobby. The discounted price of car park of €13 for hotel guest (compared to €20 for public). Carpark has direct lift to lobby and EV charger. Housekreper did good job cleaning. Bathroom has heater blower which can turn on to warm up air before shower.

Reconstruction work on neighbouring palace blocked riverside access for hotel so big detour walking to Deutches Eck.

Recht unfreundliches Personal beim Check-in. Rechnung zunächst fehlerhaft, umständliche Änderung. Das geht besser. Außerdem ist das Hotel insgesamt schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und relativ wenig in Schuss gehalten.
