Aedenlife Hotel & Resort Rügen

DZ Superior war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was fehlte war ein Schreibtisch oder -pult an dem man auch mal mit Laptop hätte arbeiten können. Frühstück war ausreichend im Angebot. Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer höflich und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Hotel hat eine Ideale Lage um auch mal eine Auszeit fern der touristischen Highlights zu genießen.

Zimmer hätte mit Schreibmöbel ausgestattet sein können.

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels und der freundliche Empfang

Die Abendmenükarte und damit längere Wartezeit auf das Essen ist mit kindern problematisch.Buffet wäre ev.besser.

Sehr schöne Lage und Ambiente. Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Almost everything. Room was big and spacious, bed are very comfortable. The spa is small but nice. Staff in the restaurant are very nice, the swimming coach was amazing. Very beautiful lobby and restaurant. Beautiful decoration for the holidays. Quiet place and nice walks in the area.

The pool water was a bit too cold for my taste, although this didn’t stop my kids from enjoying their swim. The sauna is on the smaller side, and the service in the restaurant was noticeably slow — it felt as though the team was understaffed. Our main issue, however, was the temperature in our room during the first day of our stay. It was extremely cold, and despite being given an additional heating unit, we spent the first day and night practically freezing. On the second day, a technician brought us another heater and adjusted the room heating, which made it more comfortable, but still not ideal. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the very cold months of January and February. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful — truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed in.
