Wir mussten erst das Zimmer tauschen, denn nicht alle Zimmer haben eine ebenerdige Dusche. Dann war aber alles super, sogar kostenloses Trinkwasser. Frühstücksbuffet ist inclusive mit sehr guter Auswahl!

Die Speisekarte für das Abendessen ist nicht sehr groß. Es gibt zwar von allem was, aber ein wenig mehr Auswahl wäre schön.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und schneller Checkin. Freundliches, hilfreiches Personal ebenfalls beim Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gute Ausstattung, incl. Minibar & Safe. WLAN / Internet Zugang haben stabil funktioniert. Explizite Kofferablage. Gute Seifenmittel.

Zimmer individuelle Klimaanlage etwas "schmalbrüstig": Temperaturreduktion dauert recht lange und geht nur begrenzt. Es wäre hilfreich, im Einzelzimmer neben dem vorhandenen Stuhl einen weiteren zu haben, um z.B. Kleidung ablegen zu können (und nicht auf dieser sitzen zu müssen). Auch für das zweite Kopfkissen, wenn man es denn nicht verwenden möchte, fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit neben dem Stuhl, Schreibtisch, dem eigenen Koffer... Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, aber ohne Highlights: Wurst- / Käseauswahl sind sehr begrenzt und einfach, es gibt nur 2 Säfte, vegane Alternativen sind nur begrenzt vorhanden...
