The hotel manager is very rude and not personable. He was doubting my validity of certification for my service animal. He had house keeping knock on my door every morning around 9 to ask "Are you checking out", when he was the exact person who checked me in for a multiple night stay. He later proceeded to follow me outside the second day and ask me "Did you register your pet at the front desk?", might be the most uncomfortable stay as far as environment for me. He was so rude that this employees felt the need to apologize on for his behaviors to me when he was not on the shift.
