Just that it was in front of the sea

The worst hotel for the price paid Dirty smelly and we had to stay out until 2 am because was sooooooo hot We had a fan but nothing asked for a second one Did not change anything Next day i had to leave at 7 Was an absolute torture , i passed an anxiety episode because i had to sleep but u couldn’t I actually require refund because was insanely bad To not mention so smelly The ceiling was nearly falling

Location very good, building history very interesting

Facility not perfect, some room including the room I stay is not accessed directly by lift, after the lift, I still need to use the stairs which is not convenient if you have large luggage’s

The staff were very nice, our room was a great size. The location was the best, short distance into Brighton town centre and over the road to the beach 🏖️

It’s been refurbished at the moment, so it was a little tired in places.

While it was somewhat dated, that was part of the charm of the hotel.

The breakfast was poor and cold and in a room so far away.
