"Didn't get to stay"

Arrived and was told I didn't have a reservation even though I booked through booking.com and had that reservation #. Was told that didn't matter. Had to find last minute accommodations

Reservation system could be better when booking through a third party

I liked the fact that u can open and close the windows, I like the new showers.

I didn't like that the room wasn't the cleaness the mini fridge door was broken had dead roaches in bottom of fridge. There was holes behind bathroom door shower looked like it wasn't clean in a few days bed was lumpy and room needed dusting.

"Facility met basic accommodation needs and I felt safe. Would stay again for short stay."

Coffee hot, fresh every day! Staff are pleasant and helpful. Overall, facility is clean, no odors. Vending machines are updated. Smokers stayed in designated area.

Food trash found under the bed. Continental breakfast was very basic. No prep. Only hot food is a self serve waffle maker, toaster. No meats, no eggs,no grits, no oatmeal. No Splenda, Only Sweet N Low. Could be improved with minimal additional cost.

The staff was extremely friendly and it was nice to have a friendly face after traveling all day. The price was reasonable for a stay. it was conveniently located off the interstate. The shampoo and body soap dispensers in the shower was a nice touch and more convenient than little bottles.

The unit was a little run down (drawers broke, etc) The unit could also be cleaner. There was hair in the shower and lipstick on the door jam in the bathroom.

Found out $50 more upon arrival. First room was messed up, non working ac/ heater & phone ripped from wall. Killed 2 cockroaches on desk area. Bathroom was not cleaned.
