"Room great but breakfast disappointing "

The room was spacious, beds comfy. The bathroom door squeeked. Did not have plugs both sides of the bed. Fire alarm went off at 0615. The et down was breakfast especially when paid £12 each for 3 adults. There were no eggs, no bacon and lack of choice than on previous stays. One coffee machine was working which caused a queue. Normally looked forward to the breakfast but a big disappointment. Parking was nice and close and reception staff very good

Love this place when travelling with my autistic kids, staff are awesome and rooms safe spacious and clean! Always try to resolve any issue u may have aswell which is always great!

Perfect for an overnight stay with kids in a family room. They loved the pool. Dinner was great value with kids eating free. All staff were really helpful and friendly.

Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. Leisure facilities were wonderful and great to have a pool that the water temperature is so comfortable. Room was clean and beds so.comfortable, was amazed at how much space we had. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with everything you could possibly want. My husband ordered poached eggs and they arrived perfectly cooked. Lovely colouring set and VIK token for the children where they could chose a small present was such a nice touch. Loved the football table and other games in the lobby. Drinks area much appreciated too. This was our first stay but it won't be our last, will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to all
