Rodeway Inn La Grange East

So. The lobby was fair..everything seemed fine until we got to the room. It reeked of weed..there was a mystery stain on the bed..the toilet paper holder broke from a touch..the mini fridge didnt work. Also the ac had to be cleaned before it worked. The chair was sticky...and the washing machine looked like it was beat with a sledge hammer. Mystery grit on the floor. No hangers in closet. Too scared to check the microwave.slept on top of blankets instead of in them.

Nice, comfortable room. Very few amenities. No coffee in room and the machine in the Lobby area was out of order.

There were roaches in my hotel room I immediately left to find manager who was not available. I made the request to Expedia for a refund. I am currently waiting until Monday to speak with the manager. I will be submitting photos to corporate taking legal action.

Floor wasnt clean The microwave was nast and stunk really bad, no pool here the a/c isn't good . Im not happy at all and would like my money back .thanks

Disaster !!! We had a house fire and went on a getaway but, motel didn't have wifi, or a pool. The air barely worked too. Was told if we needed wifi could sit in lobby to do homework. The pool was covered with dirt and they jokingly said, we have a little dirt in the pool...I asked to speak with manager and they said they couldn't reach him. I asked for a refund and they told me go through booking.com There was homeless folks all around and I really didn't feel safe there either.

Staff was rude and didn't offer any help. Room was disappointing and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT because pool was closed and no wifi

The room was clean but very dated. The water didn’t get hot just lukewarm. You definitely get what you pay for.

My son said it hair in the tub n in the bed n in the sock n his refrigerator didn’t work
