Ich kann mir nicht erklären, warum das Hotel so gute Bewertungen hat. Und der Preis für das schlechte Hotel lag bei ca.500,-$ Frühstück mit Papptellern und Plastebesteck. Nicht umweltbewußt!!! Essen sehr simple, lediglich Rührei aus der Packung, Bacon , Würstchen und das wars. Ich vergaß, es gab Bananen , Äpfel und etwas das sich Muffin nennt... und du konntest dir noch Waffeln machen... Der Kaffee aus einem Automat, extrem heiß, so das man sich die Hände verbrennt. Unbedingt 2 Papptassen nutzen!! Zimmer nur mit Klimaanlage . Luft sehr schlecht und die Klima ist sehr laut, unbedingt Ohrstöpsel nutzen, sonst kannst man nachts nicht schlafen. in der Dusche der Lüfter auch extrem laut und du hörst die Nachbarn. Ich kenne das Best Western aus Europa, dort ist es sehr gut. Aber das hier unter aller Sau, wie man in Deutschland sagt. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück! Location is good

The housekeeping policy is out of my mind. Only can have the housekeeping service on your room if you stay 4 nite and above. And you only can get replacement towel by getting it yourself and the recipient counter.

Place was in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were in an accessible room with a roll-in shower. The bathroom flooded whenever we used the shower. Front office staff indicated that lip to the shower had been removed to allow easier access for wheelchairs. Best Western needs to redo the shower. The sink in the room had faucets installed too far back from the bowl of the sink. Thus allowed water to splash all over the counter, creating a mess. Solution may be as easy as installing different faucets. Mattress on bed was okay, but not very comfortable.

Comfortable for Niagara visit. Very close. Clean rooms.
