The price

I was woken up to go to the front desk to check out and check in again to continue to stay in the room that I was in after I had already extended my reservation through the website. This, after a 17 hour shift, not going to sleep until 8 and then being women up at 11.

We couldn’t get new towels when we requested. And the lady at the front was nice but she made a comment about that didn’t sit well with me.
