The hotel is neat, clean, and offers great facilities for kids, which we really appreciated. The breakfast spread was also good, with a decent variety. One of the highlights was the service from our waiter, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming.

However, the experience was slightly let down by a few aspects. The security staff were not particularly friendly, which impacted the first impression. The food, aside from breakfast, did not meet our expectations. Additionally, our room was quite close to the main road, and noise from traffic and neighbouring rooms was noticeable, so improved soundproofing would make a big difference.

Very child friendly, friendly staff. Beautiful views, very close to the beach. Great environment for a family.

No lifts, only lots of stairs especially if you stay on the top floor. Rooms with carpets , carpets gave me allergies. Bathrooms old. Rather booked the Duluxe suites which are upgraded with a shower.
