Friendly staff.

A bit run down. The air conditioner start and stop was so loud it scared me and woke me up a few times. The pool had pollen all in it where I could not swim. Smoke alarm next door kept me awake all night long beeping for a battery replacement even though I called the front desk and begged them to fix it before my next night’s sleep. It did not get fixed till the next day after speaking to a very nice staff member.

I like the big room space. The breakfast was very satisfying. The food-providing time was long enough for people who cannot wake up early to eat.

In the room where I stay, the TV screen was damaged. Half of the side was darker than the other side. The lights around the sink area were out, making it dark.

My husband liked the breakfast.

No blanket/quilt/bedding on the bed. The thin little bedspread was not enough to make the bed comfortable and cozy. No blanket in closet either. The TV came on in the middle of the night 2x by itself!!! Creepy!

Overall clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Enjoyed the free breakfast. Will keep this place on my list of places to stay if I’m traveling through Killeen again
