Sandman Hotel Langley

My whole family were not happy to staying in Sandman hotel. Their elevator was not working, keeping the gym key inside the customer service draw, AC is continues running but not cooling down the room. I will never recommend anyone to staying in this hotel.

I was there with my two kids , ac was not working i asked to be switched to another room but they couldn’t get another room the manager and other employees was not nice and they didn’t care about us just and ignored us I end up leaving the room at middle of the night terrible service I would not recommend that hotel to anyone

I booked this hotel by mistake. There is another Sandsman signiture hotel right across the road with the same rates . When i realized , tried to cancel but they said it was too late . They didnt cancel or refund. So my kids and i disapointed becuse no pool , no breakfast and poor condition . Sadly we paid the same amount of money with much better hotels. Very bad experiance. Lots of different options . Avoid if you can.

Quick, efficient check in with an upgrade to a suite which was a lovely surprise.
