Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa

The pool is a negative edge with a view of a rooftop. No music and low key vibe. Everything else was perfect. Just a disappointing pool.

I enjoyed the ambience , amazing customer service from the Front Desk Manager Aaron De Souza, Elements restaurant, Spa experience with Sebastian who was amazing , Elements restaurant , Infiniti pool, Salt Mineral Lap pool, and in-room service which made this special day amazing .

Went for a 40th birthday girls trip. We had a wonderful time. Room was clean, resort staff were all great! Definitely would stay there again.

The staff were fantastic.

This place should be fantastic, but it is simply very average at the moment. Cheap sunbeams by the pool, broken floaters, unstylish railings, tiles coming off the pool. And most importantly, a major fire hazard having the fire literally burning the tree. That is plain stupid, with all due respect.

We booked for 3 nights, and didn’t even stay 1 night. Checked in, realized how far apart everything was on the property (summer time the daytime temp was about 41celcius) and even though the resort had golf carts they would be driving around on the property you could potentially get a lift to the pool or spa etc, you would still need to contact them each time to arrange a ride. The room had no balcony so you were essentially trapped in your room. This resort was not for us. We definitely won’t be back. The spa was gorgeous but the massages were extremely expensive and weren’t worth the amount paid.

Gorgeous resort and very accommodating staff. Excellent wellness classes.

Drinks at the pool took a very long time to receive, they seemed to be very under staff. The pool waiter seemed to be having a bad day and was rude. Also ran out of hot water trying to take a bath, it ran our before it was half full.
