Der Kaffee war gut und der Parkplatz günstig.

Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Weich, instabil - einfach qualitativ schlecht. In der Dusche war kein Shampoo. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls qualitativ allenfalls mittelmäßig.

Die zentrale Lage und Parkhaus direkt gegenüber.

Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es schreit nach einer kompletten Renovierung . In meinem Zimmer waren an Türen und ein Schränken teilweise starke Beschädigungen. Außerdem war es im Zimmer unerträglich warm. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel darf eine Klimaanlage nicht fehlen. Das gleiche ich auch auf dem Gang zu den Zimmern. Das Frühstück war leider auch eher auf Sparflamme angelegt. Alles in allem verdient diese Unterkunft maximal drei Sterne.

I was on my business trip. The hotel was recommended as the bus was organised to the meeting venue from this hotel - which is actually probably the only one in this city;). I didn’t have an iron in my room. The meetings very long so it was not convenient to ask every night for it - however, in my reservation it was clear that the iron will be in my room. The room - where is the light? Only small light near the bed. Nothing on the roof. Breakfast? Omg, please - I had to cut the tomato on my own, I’ve never seen something like that in FOUR stars hotel. Scrambled eggs? I’m not sure if those eggs were real. And the main point is that the hotel is not the cheapest one. The price and informations caused that my expectations were just too high. But it shouldn’t be like that. No one also was in my room to clean, replace the tea, which is actually some kind of standard. And it is not like I wanted this - I just fell it is not right to have high prices, and call yourself 4starts hotel when the standard is that low. And the main point was the check out. I asked for an invoice for my company as it was a business trip. I wrote a message via booking. There was no answer. During checkout, the invoice was for booking.con (!) instead my company which means I will not get a refund from my company! I was told that it is impossible to change. How? I travel a lot, almost every month, and I always book hotel through booking and I’ve never heard about this. I was told that booking is changing the invoice. Which is not true! I was trying to contact the hotel administration, through WhatsApp, through main chat on their website - NO ANWSER! I provided info for my invoice and in the evening someone through booking asked for the company data so that they could correct the invoice - I provided that many times, so why asking? I replied, and still waiting. This is not professional. I’m still waiting. I’m not satisfied. It is not ok to treat your guest like that.
