Breakfast was plentiful and good. Room was comfortable. Elevator is very loud. (any chance it is on it's last leg and about to fail sometime with a guest or someone else in it.)

We were visiting family who were camping in the state forest. Due to health issues we decided to not camp but rather stayed at the comfort inn. It was relaxing but had the busiest breakfast I've seen at a hotel in a long time.

I like the effort they put to make it look clean when it really isn’t the stench coming from the floor there acknowledgement of clean is disturbing after paying for a high end price and receiving not even an air wick smell

Staff was rude and screamed they had to keep rooms clean for next guest and we had to be out in time , it’s always a never to late check out once you need something extra they don’t want to help , they also make sure to charge you double to ensure payment in case you didn’t pay 3rd party then reimburse your total if you call when advised police would be contacted !

Expedia doesn’t do a great job with advertising what you’re getting in your room. For example, what’s pictured in your room selection for a 2 queen bed and a couch. What you actually get is a small standard room. Also, the hotel was under reservations.
