Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Airport

Shuttle service and driver was a major plus. Also, cheap overnight parking for the trip we flew out for. Quiet, hotel heavy area outside of center of Denver. Convenience stores and food very close by. Check in was easy. The rooms were a lot nicer than the overall impression of hotel from outside/hallways/gathering areas. However, you get what you paid for.

Was not the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at.. for sure not as much attention to detail. As an adult that’s not exploring my room or the hotel much, it’s fair for the price. I 100% would pick something a little more upscale if I had young kiddos with me that are notorious for touching everything. Overall, it was decent for just a quick one night stay.

When we arrived the front desk agent was screaming at the shuttle driver and told him not to return the rest of the day. Then when we were waiting for our shuttle the front desk agent was picking at her face with a mirror.

The front desk agent was screaming at the shuttle driver in front of us and told him not to come back the whole day. Then we went to check out the front desk agent was picking at her zits with a mirror at the front desk. There were 8 of us sitting in the lobby waiting for the shuttle bus.

The hotel shuttle added great value for us. Liked the room design features - hangers on knobs vs a closet, high platform beds - design that helps prevent leaving items behind.

Not all the receptacles in the room (236) worked. Nothing but coffee (one regular and one decaf) in the room with NO creamer, sweetener, or stir sticks. Careless painting of the room - over door hinges, stoppers. What a shame. Breakfast was a sugar-laden carb fest - only remotely healthy item was yogurt - which was all I ate. In addition, the night before, the hotel “market” did not have one healthy product to purchase - not one drink sweetened with stevia, not one electrolyte drink with no sugar, no healthy snacks - only sugar-laden, processed and packaged foods. Purchased 2 bottles of water and called it a night.

The chargers( phone )two in main waiting table did not work did not notice until was too late Bus service was excellent Front desk very friendly great attitude in and out
